In general, cardboard companies combine formed cardboard boxes according to the actual requirements of customers, with the requirements of binding or bonding. Order low-carbon flat wires that are galvanized or copper plated, and use different types of flat wires according to the size of the cardboard box. Adhesive is used for bonding, and different types of adhesives are used according to the different requirements of cardboard box bonding. Most enterprises use white latex as the adhesive. Some enterprises now use adhesive made of corn starch to reduce production costs for cardboard box bonding, and the effect is also relatively good.

Prepare cardboard
The paper preparation staff will search for the required cardboard in the post press cardboard placement area or die cutting (cardboard placement area after pressing) according to the production notice; If the cardboard is not printed or the die-cutting (pressing line) is in place, the paper preparation staff should go to the printing and die-cutting (pressing line) area to understand the situation, report to the process leader in a timely manner, so that the plan can be adjusted accordingly;
According to the production notice, collect the cardboard and verify the product identification card, which includes the product name or number, cardboard specifications, and layout content. Conduct initial sampling inspection on cardboard, including: cardboard specifications and dimensions, die-cutting or pressing dimensions and methods, cardboard color difference, printing color difference, bending and warping, quantity, damage, etc. If there are large quantities or serious problems, they should be reported to the process leader in a timely manner and corresponding measures should be taken;
After verifying the accuracy, use a forklift to transport the cardboard to the machine. Before transportation, it is necessary to check the height and neatness of the cardboard placed on the wooden frame. If it is too high or not neat enough, the crew should cooperate with the transportation. During transportation, collision with other cardboard should be avoided, and the pusher is responsible for the stability of the stacking; After transportation to the machine, stack it in the designated location.

Prepare flat silk
10 minutes before the crew's operation, the crew members shall issue a material requisition form from the warehouse based on the production notice to collect spare materials. And check the label and quantity of the flat wire, paying attention to the following common abnormal situations during verification: whether the label and coating are low-carbon flat wires with coating, and whether there are defects such as rust spots, peeling, and cracking;
Note: If any of the above conditions occur during production, the crew should record the abnormal phenomenon and provide feedback to the higher authorities for handling;
The flat wire to be used must be neatly placed in the designated area, and the quantity received must not exceed the designated area.

Debugging settings
Place a piece of cardboard in the binding department and have the technician set the binding pressure based on the thickness of the cardboard. Adjust the width of the nail box support frame according to the length and thickness of the cardboard;
When the thickness of the cardboard is too thick, personnel should be arranged to appropriately press the binding area to prevent the surface paper from being crushed during binding;
According to the requirements of the production notice, the box nails should be nailed along the centerline of the overlapping part, and the deviation should not exceed 3mm;
The nail spacing is uniform, with the first and last nails spaced 20mm from the upper and lower lines. The single nail spacing is not more than 55mm, and the double nail spacing is not more than 75mm.

The process leader and team leader can each take a cardboard box and conduct initial inspection on the product. When checking, the cardboard box should be placed under natural light. The main precautions are as follows:
The nails should be firmly and thoroughly fastened, without any overlapping, missing, warped, broken, curved, or non rotating nails;
When ordering nail boxes, the two blank boxes should be aligned and there should be no scissor edges;
After folding, the box should be square. The difference between the two diagonals on the top surface of a cardboard box with a comprehensive size of less than or equal to 1000mm should not exceed 3mm. The comprehensive deviation of the inner diameter of a single corrugated cardboard box should not exceed ± 2mm, and that of a double corrugated cardboard box should not exceed ± 4mm. The difference between the two diagonals on the top surface of a cardboard box with a comprehensive size of more than 1000mm should not exceed 5mm. The comprehensive deviation of the inner diameter of a single corrugated cardboard box should not exceed ± 3mm, and that of a double corrugated cardboard box should not exceed ± 5mm;
The diameter of the loophole at the corner of the box shall not exceed 4mm, and there shall be no obvious wrapping angle. The distance or overlap of the outer shaking cover from the seam shall not exceed 2mm;
The nail box shall not have inverted nails, and two pieces of box blanks with inconsistent yin and yang surfaces, varieties, and specifications shall not be misplaced together;
Finally, after passing the initial inspection, the inspection will be reported step by step.

When using nail box equipment, it is necessary to pay attention to safety, especially when using ordinary nail box machines, especially high-speed nail box surfaces with hand foot linkage. It is important to pay attention to the coordination and consistency between hands, feet, and eyes, otherwise it is easy to harm hands.
