The semi-automatic box gluing machine can be divided into two types: the first type is widely used in China, mainly for folding, gluing, shaping, conveying, pressurizing, counting, drying and other functions of cardboard boxes. The entire machine is composed of a feeding department, gluing department, shaping department, conveying pressurization department, and receiving counting department. The operation program is carried out by workers manually folding the processed whole piece of cardboard and sending it to the gluing department. The gluing department automatically applies glue to the bonding area of the cardboard, and sends it to the shaping department through rollers to shape one by one until a certain amount is reached. After that, it is automatically transmitted for pressurization, blow drying, and finally completed. This semi-automatic box gluing machine is suitable for standard folding and shaking outer packaging boxes, and requires that the corrugated "folding line" of the cardboard box must be pressed well, otherwise the glued cardboard box may produce waste. This machine is very suitable for cardboard after die cutting processing, and its maximum folding cardboard size is 1200mm × 1200mm, minimum 400mm × 400mm, production speed is 50-70 pieces per minute.
