Folding into boxes is mainly used in small packaging, irregular cardboard boxes, and cardboard boxes. For example, nail boxes are more sturdy, less prone to damage, and require relatively high technical requirements. For larger items or heavier products such as air conditioning and refrigerators, nail boxes will be chosen.
Sticking boxes is more efficient, smoother, and less likely to scratch the contents inside. Some small cardboard boxes or milk boxes may choose to stick boxes. In addition, due to the difficulty in removing iron nails from the cardboard boxes after nailing, sticking the boxes will be more environmentally friendly. Therefore, for some export product packaging, such as European and American countries with relatively strong environmental awareness, there may be regulations such as no nailing or film covering. It is necessary to ask overseas customers clearly about the requirements for cardboard box forming.
Nail box machine
Nail box refers to the use of galvanized or copper plated low-carbon flat wire to nail the cardboard box. Its principle is the same as that of a regular stapler, except that the stapler uses tiger teeth as a cushion, specifically for sealing cardboard boxes. According to their functions and performance, nail box machines are divided into single piece nail box machines, semi-automatic nail box machines, double piece nail box machines, and fully automatic nail box machines. When selecting nail box machines, enterprises must consider the actual situation of the factory, product structure, production characteristics, and long-term development trends.
